The two young fighters were now facing each other in the [school] playground. The first to attack was Thomas, a big brute with wide shoulders. whose weight was both an asset and a weakness. He threw himself on his opponent, grabbed him by the forearms, and without the other one being able to free himself from his grip, he tried to trip him! But Alex, despite his small size - he was a head shorter than Thomas - was part of the school's wrestling team, which enabled him to avoid Thomas's leg and to maintain his balance. Then the brute changed tactics: he suddenly let go of Alex, who looked up just in time to see Thomas's fist coming straight at his nose. He dodged it by a few milliseconds, and Thomas, carried along by his momentum, ended his journey in the playground's oak tree trunk. Alex didn't waste any time and made a run for it!

Clever stuff happening!
