I stopped smoking two weeks ago. The first day was very hard, but now I feel much better! I bought nicotine patches, and they work really well. I saw the positive effects very quickly. In the morning, I get up without coughing, physical effort seems less difficult [to me], and my skin is flawless. It's very pleasant! I also save a lot of money, so I'm going to be able to go on holiday [US: vacation] soon!
