So, "Ce n'est pas de problème" is incorrect? Please explain why.

You can say,

Il n'y a pas de problème

or 

Ce n'est pas un problème

or simply,

Pas de problème! 

That's just the way it is...

Bonjour Ann, ça va? «Ce n'est pas de problème» traduit à «This is no problem» while «It's not a problem» traduit comme «Il n’est pas un problème». It is but a nuance depending on which article is used it seems. Bonne chance et bonne continuation.
